Kristian Vigenin
I was born on 12 June 1975 in Sofia and have a long career in international relations and European diplomacy.
I graduated in International Relations from the University of National and World Economy, which gave me the foundation for the role I play today on the European political stage.
My career in diplomacy and politics
I took my first steps in politics in the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP). Later I was elected to the European Parliament, where I worked actively in the field of foreign policy and European affairs. One of my main objectives is to strengthen the European Union’s foreign policy ties and to defend human rights on the international stage.
