He was part of a European Parliament delegation to Delhi, where he emphasised the partnership between the EU and India. In Brussels, he worked as rapporteur on artificial intelligence and called for the creation of a European agency for better oversight.  \n\nVigenin was also actively involved in legislative work. On simplifying the rules in the chemicals sector, his efforts helped strike a balance between protecting citizens and the interests of industry, including Bulgarian industry. As chair of a working group at SME Connect, he stressed the importance of policies supporting small and medium-sized enterprises.  \n\nThe month also included initiatives in healthcare and the
